Hydroponics

Chiriquí is home to some of the most intelligent hydroponics farmers in the world, one of them has decided to help us develop a system with heat resistant crops and unique water transfer systems that will provide delicious crops to Ecoquest in Drago. Fruit trees, herbs and vegetables will be part of our "edible landscape" that will be introduced to all green space at Ecoquest while preserving all native plants and animal habitat.

Open Ocean Lobster Farming

The cove at Ecoquest Panama is abundant with lobster yet more could be done to make it a more viable source of protein. Over fishing and taking small lobsters, or females with eggs are all measures that could be reversed through education and having a protected area with a breeding program.

Phase one..

We hope our residence and investors seize the day and take advantage of a unique and healthy oceanfront hamlet to call home or invest in. Phase one will begin with a road to the property, a hydroponic farm and start of our lobster program, a few homes with solar energy and sustainable water systems.
